re: trading at nta Still trading at NTA in spite of: * Commonwealth games for Melbourne airport,* Big Perth airport expansion and huge distribution centre. * Perth + Gold Coast ports showing record numbers * Dusseldorf port +15% increase.
They are already showing 12% profit margin on airports, and divs are 40% franked. It is clear that infrastructure is out of favour at the moment - time to think contrarian!
