You can buy it generally at about 10% below post-tax NAB (which is a real NAB as based on share prices of holdings).
And they earn income and growth on pre-tax NAB (which is general 10% above post-tax NAB, i.e. maybe 20% above SP.
So with CTN you can buy a diversified well-managed small-caps portfolio at 15-20% discount.
