Not sure of ASIC involvement....probably more ASX requirement now that the joint parties control 46% between them. You would think it would be a fait accompli from here....surprised they bothered to up the ante to 45c, they should have left it at low 30's and really shafted the minority shareholders. ASX are great at issuing speeding tickets but FA else. ASIC in same boat.
