I have been looking for more exposure to agriculture / soft commodities / food supply for a long time and haven't done well with my small purchases so far. There is a small list of ASX stocks and AAC has been on my list. My enthusiasm for the sector is buoyed further by more reports that big money is starting to move into the sector and that the current fed govt is more interested in pushing it and also not doing any more dumb things like immediately effective bans on exports (Russia we should accommodate as per Joyce's approach to this). One thing I haven't come to a conclusion on is whether AAC benefits or loses from the big money coming into the sector. There are some big investors in AAC but there are also other rival operations that compete / hurt AAC - is this correct?
