PNR confirming they have lodged applications to recommence mining
That means either:-
- A $2M balloon payment coming for BNR; or
- Royalties capped at $4M
BNR already cash backed ( cash + PNR scrip )
So with potentially between another $2-4M of cash coming in, around 2c is good value for BNR
