    I don't think it's to hard to work out just how bad this dilution will been.
    There will also be commissions shares (6%?) and probably a boat load free attached options. (2:1?)

    @ .005c. it's not going to take much of a rise before the bottom feeders flood in and dump.
    I agree with Silver surfer. There will be something they are all aware of to dump into. But you would have to think that this must consolidate first.

    Double kick in the crackers for holders. Even if you did chuck in at .005c. Would this ever put you in the green on such a big gap down from 2c. If you don't sell. You will end up with less shares on a consolidation.

    And you still have a company running at a lose.
