I don't think a CR can be done… the price is far to low… no one would buy in at that price.

Nothing apart from a JV or a buy out will make this venture a break even prospect or possibly a small profit.

According to Purd we are idiots as something is "just around the corner". Well the market place has dictated that this stock is not worth above .001 and that no one believes any different. Otherwise this stock would not be languishing where it is. I pity all who hold as I do.
