Good report. While pro forma revenue was down 5% on prior year, pro forma Operating EBITDA was up 159% on prior year.
The Group achieved an improved EBITDA margin through cost base reductions in staff and operating costs and stronger collaboration across the operating businesses.
Diversified their revenue drawing 12% and 37% from US and UK/Eur respectively. Domestic share of EBITDA reduced from 78% to 35% with 18% now from the US and 47% from Europe.
Still carried almost $3m of restructure costs.
