I am guessing that the remaining objection is not about money. He is prolly some tough old guy who has decided he doesn't want a coal mine in his backyard and ain't going to budge for nothing. Bnd are still pushing "the next few weeks" as the timeline, though so maybe they are more confident. I was assuming that the land court would be the only way to resolve such objections. I note that whitehavens maules creek had more than 100 formal objections and it proceeded.
