The share price will tell us whether a counter bid is coming. The 14 day acceptance will drive them out of the scrub if they are keen.
A takeover is much better than going alone IMHO, but the timing is not perfect... Not sure if I'm keen to hold BCI but I do like divvy yielding stocks & will consider this carefully.
