The business will always be sound but that's not what people should be concentrating on because the ground will be the ground and will always have potential to be a sound business.

The success of DLS is due to one thing and one thing only - it's people.

I think people underestimate the value of execution and you see this in under performing stocks like SXY, CTP, etc etc and dare I say AQO. All have great ground which in of itself makes for a sound business.

So what's the difference???
