I couldn't agree more. This is what I've been saying to management for 6 months. And like I said, I'm not asking you to believe what I'm saying. I'm merely trying to help others in the same position as me. But, hey - don't shoot the messenger. I'm not the one relying on a forum for information. I'm the person who's been chasing down what I can to enlighten those who sit on forums waiting to be spoon-fed information.
