Indirectly it might in that there will be more beef looking for a home and prices may be undercut, however in saying that it seems to me that they are selling processed beef specifically to a customer(s) for that customers requirements and I doubt if that would be impacted.
May impact if they were negotiating with Russian companies to take beef from the new meat works though - but not many would know if that was the case.
