well you said it " afterall it is their company and their $$$" , after this RI they do have total control and will do as they please imo , easy for them to drop the SP to 0.001 and buy the remaining shares for even less , they will own 75% of the company after this RI is finished and i dont think they give 2 hoots what the SP is , as they will have total control just like JMS did , i dont think it turned out too good for their shareholders from memory ??
