I'm surprised by the lack of interest, and lack of info.
But then again, we are all a little hand tied if the board are supportive of the offer.

It was also a very long duration for the schedule....which also begs a few questions. Like why so long? (ie do they need the time to pull together financing? Are they giving everyone else a shot to go higher??? the questions start multiplying....)

Seems there is no intent from mgmt to take the project further and a t/o was all they were playing for. Shame the offer is lowball and the market is down the toilet....so now the offer is in the realms of consideration.

Just a crying bloody shame.
