Not knowing what the OXX agreement says, however I would suggest that OXX and OBL are connected at the hips I think either verbally or by contract.
Step 1 The 100% being awarded to OBL
Step 2 OXX take up their 25% and OBL has 75%
Step 3 Farmout connected at the hips with a free carry. ie OXX 12.5%, OBL 37.5% Farminee 50%
Step 4 OBL shareprice a multibagger from these levels
