Really good point, but part of the "farm out" was the immediate $525k capital injection OXX gave them.
I mean, say they win outright in a few months, rather than have 100% outright to attract a decent farm in partner like they could have had, essentially OXX have restricted them to 75% for the $525k in shares issued in relation to the sale. That's how desperate they were.
