    I think shareholders should have a meet to vote this off market take over...

    Company had good assets, now hand over to other company without shareholders prove, that is unfair to shareholders, I reckon?

    At least, offer price should be more than 5.5 cents. For the long term holders and sup[port the company, then turn over got nothing for nothing that is ridiculers.
