I read it as the price is fixed at $3.02 for the potential 230m conversion debt to equity in KML.

gg99, my only reasoning for the way things have proceeded, and this is purely speculation, is that informal discussions may have taken place, and no formal approach has been made, but could be made in the suspension period.

It is also possible I could be reading too much into it.
