$46K spent during the last quarter in "staff costs"
$57K spent in the last quarter on "working capital"

ONLY $16K left in cash, and only $57K available to be drawn from Ramy's $250K loan. (as at 30/6/2014)

No operating report, or achievements, or progress, so it would seem .... so, what 'staff costs' are they incurring, (by who and for what !?) and with no operations why has a further $57K been consumed in working capital ?

How can they keep saying they have the funds to continue to meet all budgeted items, and all expenses as and when they fall due, especially with all the patents that have been granted and now need to be maintained via annual fees. They can barely afford to pay the electricity bill and Ramy's tea bill !
This has to be their last quarter of existence, (less than 2 months to go, folks !) if they are bleeding at the rate of about $90K/quarter.
They must NOW be awfully close to trading insolvent !

So many questions & so few answers.
