213 million shares from capital placement (@ 0.3c) to institutional investors were released onto market this week. The placement was well supported by Copulos Group which is now a major shareholder.
Just under 120M shares traded this week with the majority going through on Monday and Tuesday bringing share price from 0.7c down to 0.4c. While there has been quite a lot of selling pressure, sellers haven't pushed down beyond 0.4c. As expected this shows that 0.3c is a strong support level. If the share price touches 0.3c, it won't be for long in my opinion. I'm in at 0.4c and after watching closely for a few weeks feel that this is a good entry point.
