    I contacted Oilex today with that very same question. They put me through to the CFO Robert Ierace who was very helpful.

    He forwarded me the Terms & Conditions. See attached.

    Quick summary, you work out how many options you want to convert. Times that number by $0.15 and send a cheque for that amount to the address in the T & C. Badabing badaboom you now have shares.
