    its an extra 1 for 24 OXX / PKO, on settlement, on top of original 1 for 24.

    So now 2 for 24 = 1 for 12.

    Good outcome, IMO.

    South Block A is a near term game changer. PKO now has bucks to bring it on per schedule, OXX gets their loan repaid.

    I'm fully pumped on SBA.
