    Magnum needs to raise to scrip offer by about 40% to get an equivalent offer price of at 38cents to have any chance. I have factored in the Magnum share price would fall farther and probably go to $6 US. A loss of around $500m in market cap since Magnum made an offer for AQO.
    the surging DLS share price could just be the trump card that decide this takeover battle.
