2. constant bermuda change of address
3. investors dumping cash willey nilley into the company, via bonds, puts, weird legal arrangements (to hide what?)
4. constant profit warnings
5. constant delay of meetings!!
6. auditors cant work anything out....maybe they should join the red party...

is this a red party dump your spare odd $$ billion club of printed money into any global venture ploy for the big boys? is any legitamate enterprise going on here? is there any profit pursuit, or true to red party style - communal luvin happening?
