It is a takeover panel not the high court so again I think you are inflaming the seriousness of the issue. I didn't read in the decision that it will be referred to to a higher authority. Just pay everything back and let everyone know what's going on and hit the reset button. Hardly crime of the century.

However, in the interest of balance, I will concede that it is not a good look for all concerned.
