Yes good to hear about different peoples experience and times of holding. I've also had Green Rock shares for years (>5) with some bought at 8 & 9c & some at 0.1c (average about 0.5c).
I think the management of GRK were likely to succeed in a well managed and financially viable company in any case (not withstanding Graphite!). The management have had MOUs with AWE & other agreements not followed through but have always maintained a good persistent focus on maintaining and developing the company. I like the renewable aspects (50% with MOL Hungry & geothermal in Mid West WA that have MOUs or aggreements with Pacific Hydro & Synergy) combined with diversified elements of the Ocean Hill Block North of Perth (hydrocarbons / gas potential) & now graphite.
I would like to see the price at 2c prior to December 31 this year. I'm not sure how the proposed consolidation works, they did mention a proposed 20c per share in recent announcements..so intuitively would this mean that if the price was 2c the consolidation may be a factor of 10 (divided by 10) to keep the same share cap value?
Anyway I intend holding most of my shares for a few years to come unless other significant info or management changes indicates otherwise.
Take care
