Nothing is ever announced... that is the problem
They change the script constantly and think we don't notice?
The choice is we can find out if action can be taken for starters.
Then we can see what options come out of that...
I too believe we won't get money from that action however if ti stops future investors losing there money it is worthwhile doing just on principal.
Someone should be held accountable
