What a load of trollop.
(a) RNI's feasibility study (next door, 50km to the west) is costed at under A$1000 per ounce. It includes costings based on the MZM lands that RNI has purchased, almost next door to ALY.
(b) US$1300 = A$1400 today ... and likely more next year (consensus view on AUD).
(c) The deal with IGO is everything BUT gold. ALY see themselves as a gold explorer. If you don't get that, you should put your money somewhere else.
(d) There are several other players around who could take concentrated leachings from a site on ALY ground, and process the concentrate at their mines ... such as
the Plutonic Mine … recently purchased by Northern Star Resources (NST) from Barrick, ... and the forthcoming re-started RNI plant at Grosvenor (should be up and running in 2015).
