Quintessential Resources (ASX:QRL) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX pending details of an acquisition, and a capital raising.
The company's shares have been placed in pre-open.
Quintessential's tenement portfolio current consists of three exploration licences being EL 1727, EL 2045 and EL 2162 in Papua New Guinea.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Friday 25th July 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
