$53 million in the bank at 30th december 2013. This may fall, but will still be substantial. Before too long WDS will have to find something to invest this in.
Terry Chapman seems to be a consevative and substntial Chief Executive. His team seem sensible.
Whilst we are currently passing through the most active period regarding investments in Gladstone and related capex spend, providing WDS keep their good name intact, there should be many opportunities in the gas gathering space in the future. If coal makes a comeback, WDS has a positive future which is not reflected in their share price. Even if coal is slow , WDS should get by comfortably.
WDS's latest rights issue was at $1.77 . I would hope the share price climbs to this at least .
WDS makes an excellent fit with Theiss.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
