No, I think Magnum will fight back to support their holding in NSE. I would have thought an offer increase from Magnum will be forth coming. After all, we are not really talking a lot of money when your a billion $ something company. I know they have debt but there assets are known to be accumulating in the ground. With their share price heading south ( and the shooting down of Malaysian plane will spiral the market tonight ) I would think a cash offer must be on the cards.
When you look at how AQO did a deal with NSE ( Magnum is large shareholder in NSE ) and then the AQO directors sell out to DLS Leaves me dumbfounded. Anyone know where Tino is headed? Is he involved with AOW or
