A couple of things. You talk about an EV of $240m on $60m EBITDA in a couple years. With net debt of $70m you state mkt cap of $140m - think you mean $170m.
Also, I suspect you are being conservative on FY15 net debt. Among other things there is no benefit for a release of working capital. At the half year they had receivables of $52m and payables of just $17m - a surplus of $35m. Also receivables have barely moved despite the reduction in sales. I suspect there is an easy $10m to be gained here over the next 12 months.
