CR with Darwin, page-10

Roger, I've heard that before, when OEX first signed with Darwin.
The comments were along the lines that OEX would be desperate to use Darwin; that they were akin to loan sharks: lenders of last resort. Not a very pretty picture.

So not that sure that this is a particularly positive announcement. At the end of the day I guess it advances our cause - but at what cost. We've now got an aggressive lender of last resort on our register, that openly practices shorting the target companies (OEX) to blackmail them into handing over shares at a low price.
