    So..... VEI trades in the 55 to 65 range for most of the las4 3 or 4 months..... and PRY start buying their 3% creep once they hit low 70's and keeps pushing the price up ....? Classic big company stuff. Did someone front run them maybe? Is that why VEI kicked up sharply when they did?
