    In this situation, no news is good news. Serious proposals take some negotiating and confidentiallity. I expect that both are serious takeover proposals that will bring a realistic takeover price of 70 cents Plus. Regardless of the results of the EAGM on Friday ROC will be taken over. The only question is by who.
