    NHC hav as yet not sold all their holding to best of our knowledge and the on market went to someone else it seems.
    Maybe it was a taster and they hold back the rest for a while to entice a sweeter for the rest especially with only 30 odd percent in the hands of landbridge........
    News says they intend to sell the rest............but when???
