Green Rock Energy (ASX:GRK) is preparing to divulge a material transaction in relation to the acquisition of mineral exploration tenement.
The ASX has granted the company a trading halt today, with its shares placed in pre-open.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Monday 7th July 2014, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
