My wife's doctor says to take Magnesium, never take Calcium but take magnesium because calcium flushes magnesium from the body.
I guess we get plenty of Calcium from the same place as cows, leafy greens.
My wife's doctor also says that the calcium in milk is not in a form that can be absorbed and that milk acidifies the body creating Osteoporosis. She says that the countries with the greatest dairy consumption have the most cases of Osteoporosis whereas countries that have no dairy consumption have no osteoporosis.
