Another uncle finally had to move in to one at 95 after he fell and broke his pelvis. Downhill after that, no exercise.
Health professionals say it usually happens in reverse order: You break your hip and then fall.
I raised this topic here earlier in the year and I said at the time osteoporosis scares the hell outta me. Without it my MIL would have breezed through her century.To slow and possibly reverse bone thinning you need calcium for sure but on it's own it does little. You meed magnesium, selenium and D3 too but the magnesium will interfere with absorption of the calcium so they should be taken at different times in the day.
