Mate no land including R19/315 has been resumed by the State yet! Mate why don't YOU check this out!

I have checked out a WA Mines Department site called Tengraph and the area is still VCL and has not been vested in the port authority. Do you know what the resumption and vesting process is? Its a long process which hasn't happened yet that I can see.
