Sure did read it. It comes down to proving that those parties selling their shares acted improperly (in a pre-bid arrangement). As I said, I think tracks will be well covered.
If the directors believed the DLS bid was superior isn't it up to them whether they sell their holdings? What they advise other share holders to do is another matter.
