Major Holder TOP?

Interesting for an Activist fund like TOP to show up on a register of a business such as AMA. AMA is well run, what can an activist bring to the table????

I have my suspicions!!!!

The following is my conspiracy theory;

TOP are now a major holder of AMA, they are also indirectly a major holder of LGD.

LGD also made a recent announcement that they are positioned for growth.

Now if I bring say CMI into the picture what are the opportunities?

CMI has an electrical business - Nice fit with LGD (they have looked at it in the past)
CMI has a 4WD business thats struggling - Nice fit for a turn around in AMA

CMI updated in May that the board was looking for a strategic solution to extract value from TJM, why not an in specie's distribution??? The same can be said for the electrical business.

If this can come to fruition than AMA and LGD become much larger businesses with a potentially big re-rating which all shareholders CMI, TOP, AMA and LGD can achieve.

My view, watch this space, who knows TOP may pop up on CMI's register shortly!
