15 cents sounds rather opportunistic unless they are going artifically drive down the price below 10 cents so less than 15 cents sounds like a good deal. As for the oppies they are defying that sort of conspiracy theory scenario showing strength at the moment but if it does become reality many who would have bought options over the last few months are going to be screwed big time with worthless options.
