re: the future of the moto project From their latest report:

    Extract:
"A revised independent resource estimate is planned for Q1, 2006.
    • Continuous infill and extension drilling is planned for Q1 and Q2, 2006.
    • Pre-feasibility study is scheduled for completion by mid-2006".
    ________

The BFS is supposed to be by 2007.

COMMENT: That will be an interesting Resource Update coming up; the last one was on Nov 14 where they added 3 mill ounces from the previous 3 months drilling (One mill ounces/month)

Eckhof, the originator of this project likes to create things and will be inclined to sell off this project either before or after the BFS, I think.

There ought to be a good demand from the Majors who are in the Congo already, anyway.

Also, I haven't heard of any unrest in this area and the Congo is vast.

I am not sure if there will be any more drilling after June; by then the deposit could be 16 mill ounces, that is 10 mill ounces to MOE, IMHO. They may well drill after this date so as to advertize an increased resource.

Yes, there will be much interest in this project.

The very influential Sir Samuel Jonah, the past CEO of ASHANTI from 1986 to 2004 and who is very well connected, was appointed Chairman of MOE. Eckhof will be using his services when a sale is due, I think.

Often, machinery is ordered early but MOE has'nt done so, another pointer to a possible sale. (They could have had a BFS earlier but elected to keep on with extension drilling).

Normally, when we get closer to a BFS and time tables are set up, prices rise.

BTW, I also have TGS (Tiger Resources), another vehicle, Eckhof is involved with. That listed in Jan 2004. It has 3 geologists, including Eckhof:

    MOE and TGS DIRECTOR:
    Klaus Peter Eckhof
Dipl. Geol. TU AusIMM (President and Director)

Mr Eckhof is a qualified geologist and a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. He migrated to Australia in 1988 to work for Mount Edon Gold Mines (Aust) Limited in Australia , Asia and Africa . Since 1994 Mr Eckhof has managed his own geological consultancy company and has considerable experience in assessing and acquiring mineral prospects around the world.

He has been a director of Moto since January 2003 . He is also a director/president of African Metals Corporation and Lakota Resources Inc., both of which are TSX-V listed companies"

Comment: He was appointed to the TGS Board on June 2005.
