If you were a cynic or evil minded, you might think that someone with an interest in an alternative product didn't like the direction Mark Donnison was taking the company and so bought a controlling stake so that they could just protect their other interest(s) by getting rid of Mark and letting this company stagnate! Do nothing, say nothing, drive the share price down!
