Mr Lowy has generously donated $30m to Lowy institute.
The split of WRT has resulted in 8% shareholding in Scentre or $765m windfall.
All costs to be be paid by newly formed companies, which with refinancing of debt comes to $500m and includes $60m fees to UBS.
