The smart farmers see the coming food boom just as mining is having now, where rising costs are greatly surpassed by hyperinflating commodity values. All the evidence is there and you'll kick yourself after the fact. Grains are the commodity to be in in 2006. And they are safe because demand is inelastic on the downside and elastic on the upside with the emergence of opportunities in energy markets.
