However I'm not sure Directors declarations should be that confusing?

In Perrin's April 14 declaration of holdings it clearly says 132 million (approx.) in his own name amounting to a 21% holding, remember?
In todays declaration it says he has nil in his personal capacity, and 50 million association through in Permat holdings. Now its down to nil.

Some shares must have gone somewhere

He does not have to declared changes since he has resigned. I still looks like about 142 million less shares associated with him.

What does your broker make of these declarations?
