I'll go another step Redrock..insofaras we've seen with the board here it wouldn't surprise me if they did a CR and considering they're not doing any mining, they'd loan out the cr proceeds (if they could possibly raise anything that is...) to the DIRs interest free to buy up listed shares at 0.004 and take PDY private.
Don't you worry, they'll have their usual secret plans because they're virtually 'prisoners' now and have to find an escape route.
